We Offer Refunds For
Manufacturing Issues
- Defective products (damaged materials, printing errors, or quality problems)
- Wrong items sent (incorrect size, design, or color shipped)
- Products damaged during shipping
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@gamingtees.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue clearly (front, back, and detail shots if applicable)
- Brief description of what went wrong
Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What We Don't Cover
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
- Change of mind after ordering
- Normal color variations between screens and printed products (monitors display colors differently)
- Minor print placement differences (up to 0.5 inch variance is industry standard)
